Task 1 – Regulatory Permit Compliance Tasks to ensure compliance with applicable permits (CWA 401, CWA 404, CFCC 1600, etc.). Anticipated requirements include, but are not limited to: Certified biological monitor on-site throughout construction Dewatering activities management Permit review and coordination Preconstruction biological and habitat surveys Establishment of exclusionary zones Biological awareness training Dewatering plan review, approval, inspection, and reporting Daily monitoring of special-status habitats and species during ground disturbance or upon presence of special-status species Surface water sampling and reporting during dewatering activities Routine reporting (daily, monthly, annually) Habitat restoration plan review, implementation, inspection, and reporting Archaeological consultation upon unanticipated discoveries See attachment F for further details Task 2 – Coordination Services Tasks and reporting may include but are not limited to the following: Coordinate with PG&E Gas and CalWater on an as-needed basis Coordinate with Native American tribes in the event of inadvertent discoveries during construction
