All EWF mulch shall meet or exceed the following standards: • ASTM F2075 (material purity) • ASTM F1292 (impact attenuation / fall height safety) • ASTM F1951 (wheelchair accessibility) • Current IPEMA certification or equivalent • All workmanship shall include a minimum one (1) year warranty on materials and installation. WORK INCLUDES • Transportation and delivery of EWF mulch to designated playgrounds. • Installation at City-specified depths to ensure ADA accessibility, ASTM F1292, and ASTM F1951 impact safety standards with final certification by City staff to verify compliance prior to acceptance of the work. • Maximizing the number of playgrounds resurfaced within the fixed annual budget while maintaining compliance with all standards. • Coordinating with City staff to confirm sites, schedule delivery/installation, and verify completion.
