Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District requests professional engineering, energy conservation, and educational services to design and deliver District-wide, comprehensive energy use reduction and conservation program. The sole source of funding to pay for this program will be a percentage of the savings generated by the program itself. No other compensation will be made. At a minimum, the program will include equipment optimization, education, measurement and verification, and an energy monitor(s). The selected vendor/firm will submit written reports on the outcome of the recommended energy efficiency measures and the education program. The vendor should expect student learning, outreach and in-reach, and public relations to be a substantial part of this program
