A. Contractor shall collect, remove, transport, and legally dispose of all environmentally regulated, biological and hazardous waste (HazWaste), contaminated materials, and/or debris, waste and other substances including but not limited to those stated in Exhibit A, clause titled Contractors HazWaste Responsibilities (collectively the "HazWaste Materials") at the sites identified on the Service Request, Attachment 2. Contractor shall also clean the sites so that no HazWaste Materials and other debris remains. For safety reasons, hand and/or mechanical equipment will be used whenever possible, to grab, remove, clean, and load HazWaste materials. Contractor shall provide services as specified on the Service Request, Attachment 2, and as described below. All services will include the collection of Personal Property as stated in Item 2, below. 1) HazWaste Materials – Contractor shall collect, remove, transport, and legally dispose of all HazWaste Materials at the sites set forth in Service Request, Attachment 2, and also clean the sites so no HazWaste Materials remains on the site. The HazWaste Materials include, but are not limited to, contaminated debris, biological waste, environmentally regulated substances, tires, and hazardous waste, including the HazWaste Materials in confined spaces. Biological waste is any material that contains, has been contaminated by, or may be contaminated by a biohazardous agent (risk to human health or the environment), and it includes, but it is not limited to, syringes, needles, blood, vomit, urine, and feces.
