The scope of work for this project may include, but is not limited to, the following components: • Work with City staff to deliver existing Redwood City Foundational Equity Training Series (or appropriate variations thereof) to employees, in-person and virtually. The City aims to provide training annually, alternating between in-person and virtual delivery. Training is expected to follow an existing curriculum with only minor modifications. This includes scheduling training sessions, tracking participation, and conducting evaluation of trainings. • Support employee professional development, including through the administration, facilitation, and evaluation of employee resource groups (ERGs). • Support for City mentorship opportunities by facilitating training sessions for mentors and mentees, communicating information and reminders to participants, and evaluating the mentorship efforts. • Provide coaching, research, training, data collection or analysis, or additional support for City Manager’s Office workforce belonging team work as needed. • Provide additional on-call facilitation services at an hourly rate if needed during the term of the contract.
