Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide employee scheduling software application services for the Gold Fields District Aquatics Program at the Folsom Sector. The employee scheduling software application service shall provide secure web and mobile access to allow approximately 100 users to create individual accounts, to check schedules, pick up shifts and request leave time ; Services shall be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 or 366 days per year which shall include weekends and holidays. a. Provide the ability to track and accommodate employee schedule preferences. b. Allow users to volunteer, pick up, trade, or decline new shifts on demand. c. Notify users about schedule changes and promote new shifts with automated calls, emails, SMS and mobile notifications. d. Allow users to submit leave requests and enforce leave approval criteria such as leave allowances and staffing levels. e. Update schedules instantly and backfill openings upon approval of leave requests.
