Service Awards: Approximately 350 employees annually will receive awards for achieving service milestones in five-year increments, ranging from 5 to 45 years of service. The vendor will provide gift options and prepare certificates for these milestones. 3. Retirement Gifts: Approximately 125 retiring employees annually will receive a certificate and select from a range of award options provided by the vendor. 4. Employee Appreciation Month and Local Celebrations: Support departments in hosting recognition events during Employee Appreciation Month and throughout the year, providing resources and ideas for meaningful celebrations that align with EBMUD’s values. 5. Time-Off Certificates: Provide a process to award time-off certificates as a form of recognition, including tools to track issuance and usage of these certificates.
