Specifications include, but are not limited to: The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Office of Employee Wellness (OEW) provides proactive wellness support, education, and resources for all CDCR and California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) employees. CDCR continues to expand the health and wellness services for its employees and their families to maximize happier and healthy lifestyles. As part of the expansion of programs, the CDCR aims to expand its wellness supports to include proactive education via trainings and seminars, confidential, critical incident stress management, and post-trauma stress crisis services for CDCR employees and eligible family members who may be impacted by a traumatic event and/or critical incident, and direct access to culturally competent clinical providers.
