Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of Work is to be used as a general guide and is not intended to be a complete list of all elements of the Services that Contractor shall perform. The following are Services and included tasks necessary for the operation and management of the SFMTA EAP, PAP, Critical Incidents Program Services, and SAP (collectively “the Services”). Proposing teams may suggest changes to the Scope of Work that supplement the Services described below, but a Proposal must include all elements of the Services described in this Section II or it will be deemed nonresponsive. The selected Proposer’s final scope of work shall be set out in Appendix A to the Agreement, which shall include the Services described in this Section II, and as the selected Proposer and the SFMTA may agree in negotiations following the SFMTA’s evaluation and scoring of Proposals.
