Specifications include, but are not limited to: This bid is for the upgrade of the California Conservation Corps’(CCC) Employee access system as well as monitoring, inspection and maintenance of a fire and burglar alarm system for the California Conservation Corps’(CCC) Headquarters Office located at the above address. The CCC is seeking an up to date, tractable, tamper resistant, method for our employees to gain access into the building. Currently employees are issued key fobs. Fob readers are currently at 4 entrances. The CCC’s NEW ACCESS SYSTEM SHALL BE AN ID CARD SYSTEM 1. Where each employee is assigned a picture ID card that can be swiped at one of six entrances to access the building as shown below in Points of Control and on Exhibit A. Install new tamper resistant Card readers and electric lock hardware on the outside of the below Points of Control ID Badges a. Install ID Card producing scanning equipment and software that the CCC can operate and generate photo ID badges for our employees. b. ID Badge cards must be made out of durable, cleanable material. c. Card readers at each entrance indicated on the maps titled Exhibit A and Exhibit B. d. The ability for CCC to approve/deny or turn off access immediately. Install new electric lock hardware at all entrances of the building that never restricts the ability to freely exit the building at any time with a 1200 pound rating and must comply with all building fire codes, new automatic lock/unlock features for individual doors, 24 hours a day/7 days a week security monitoring and 24 hours/7 days a week fire monitoring according to NFPA standards. New Lock Hardware shall be on all entry doors as follows: (as shown on drawing) a. Main entrance b. Employee entrance at main entrance c. West southwest entrance d. South east Entrance e. Second door on southeast entrance f. Northeast entrance e. Network-connected access control panels. The burglar alarm system must provide: a. 24 hours a day/7 days a week burglar monitoring including door status monitoring, door forced-open monitoring and door open-too-long monitoring, glass breakage sensors. b. The system must provide the ability to create flexible access hours (day, time, door access, etc.), as well as the ability for the CCC to start/stop access immediately for each individual employee. c. Fully operational by designated CCC Staff through Smartphone/internet application. d. Lock and unlock doors through smartphone/internet application. e. Door status monitoring, including but not limited to, door forced-open monitoring and door open-too-long monitoring; f. Panic connect to 911 g. Immediate panic sensor notifications
