Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) is solicitingqualifications from the following licensed contractors: "B" General Building Contractors,Plumbing Contractors  C-36, Roofing Contractors  C-39, Warm-Air Heating,Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC)  C-20, and Electrical Contractors  C-10.It is the intent of SHRA to contract with six (6) to ten (10) contractors to providerepairs/retrofits and make accessibility improvements under SHRA's Emergency RepairProgram / Accessibility Grant Program (ERP-A). The ERP-A program is available tolow-income residents of single family, owner occupied properties and mobile homesthroughout the City and County of Sacramento
