The Contractor will provide on an as-needed basis, and always at the direction of the Contract Manager, landscape architectural services and environmental services to support design and environmental restoration of small mammal habitat for the ERF project. Contractor will provide such services including environmental compliance and monitoring during construction, design oversight, and environmental permitting and CEQA oversight as described below: 1) Provide conceptual landscape restoration plans, complete and accurate plans and specifications (currently CSI 16-division format) for restoration projects and estimates for cost. 2) Prepare and review design-related reports including Basis of Design reports, Final Design reports, and other memos and reports related to documenting design and operation details. 3) Prepare reports and memoranda documenting investigations, studies, reviews, and decisions related to restoration design. 4) Provide peer review of engineering documents, including drawings, specifications, and calculations with respect to constructability and safety. 5) Review and respond to contractor submittals and requests for information, conduct site visits to review work in progress, and design analysis to address emergent construction issues. 6) Provide environmental support for preparation of environmental documentation, State and federal permitting, and completion of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), including project descriptions, delineation of project limits, staging requirements, and nature of the work; and other information describing the project with relationship to the site and surroundings...
