1. Review current Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) and related plans and programs and perform a gap analysis to assess the capabilities of the City. 2. Based on the findings of the gap analysis, make recommendations for updated or new plans, programs, and training. At a minimum, proposals should include an update to the City’s 2016 EOP. 3. Provide Emergency Management Training based on the results of the gap analysis including, but not limited to, the following list. The proposals should identify the purpose of each proposed training, intended audience, number of sessions, and duration of each session: a. Training for executive leadership team b. Training for elected officials c. Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Management and Operations training d. EOC section specific training e. EOC exercise(s)
