The City of Tracy Police Department (TPD) is requesting formal proposals from qualified contractors with demonstrated experience in Emergency Operations Center (EOC) design, remodeling, and integration with exiting Real Time Information Centers (RTIC) for government or public safety agencies. The selected firm will provide turnkey services for the physical remodel, technology integration, mission-critical furniture, and multipurpose space configuration for TPD’s existing EOC. The remodeled and upgraded EOC will serve as a multi-functional command and coordination hub for: - Opioid-related emergencies and overdose investigations, including those linked to regional drug trafficking activity. - Real-time information sharing via the Police Department’s Real-Time Information Center (RTIC) opioid overdose dashboard. - Multi-agency incident coordination with local, state, and federal partners. - Police training programs on overdose response and opioid crisis management. - Community and stakeholder meetings to educate the public and private-sector partners on the dangers of opioids.
