Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work generally consists of: Installation of appurtenances to an existing wastewater pipeline along Palomar Airport Road between Paseo Del Norte and El Camino Real. The project will relocate five existing air vacuum relief valves from within manholes in center westbound lane of Palomar AirportRoad to above ground locations. The work includes modifications to raise three (3) air vacuum valvesand construct dual air vacuum assemblies at grade, and two (2) modifications to raise single air vacuumvalves with reconstruction at grade, with one (1) new addition of a dual air vacuum valve to grade byway of modification within an existing gravity manhole with improvements to couple and construct a continuous pressurized pipeline segment, and installation of one (1) new single air vacuum valve in aunimproved easement area northeast of Palomar Airport Road and El Camino Real. The work also includes modifications to convert fifteen (15) gravity pipeline segments within manholes to segments of continuous pressure pipeline at various locations along the alignment and includes mechanical and electrical improvements to protect two existing Odor Control Units from flooding when the system experiences higher flows in winter wet weather periods
