As described in the Bidding Documents, the bids are for a public works project, Emergency Generator Project (Project) which consists of: 1) mobilization, demobilization, and final clean-up; 2) traffic control, construction signage, and traffic maintenance; 3) foundation and conduit installation; 4) masonry retaining wall construction; 5) emergency generator and automatic transfer switch installation; 6) existing equipment relocation; 7) fence and gate installation; 8) 20 additional potholing for utilities; 9) 100 hours of utility conflict resolution; 10) additional worksite remediation; and 11) all appurtenant work. The sites are located on private property owned by the District and as such, a City Encroachment Permit is required.
