The Contractor shall perform services to consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Annual – Emergency Generator Preventive Maintenance Perform preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, including any required testing equipment run-hours, application demands and environmental factors. Perform Oil analysis, for unusual wear patterns or metallic particles. Replace all filters oil, fuel and air. Drain and replace coolant. Inspect and test batteries, replace batteries within 1st year of service. Replace all hoses and check all hoses and connections to ensure they are tight. Replace V-Belt(s). Replace sensors, Safety controls if necessary. Test and inspect complete cooling system; Radiator cap, hoses, and connections, replace if necessary. Test and inspect Exhaust System for damage, lose or missing hardware, as well as evidence of wet stacking and exhaust leaks. Inspect all wire connections. Complete a fuel draw for an analysis of unusual wear patterns. Inspect primary and secondary fuel system to include hoses and connections. Test and inspect generator switchboard for operational accuracy. Inspect and adjust all safety controls. Monitor and inspect all gauges for proper run and load conditions. Verify all equipment data for completeness and accuracy, Record operation conditions to the FMD Contract Administrator or FMD Designated Representative, via written email.
