A. Contractor shall remove all existing roof sheeting on the building on both sides of the ridge. B. Contractor shall remove all damaged wall sheeting at the west sidewall only. C. Contractor shall remove damaged roof purlins and eave struts. D. Contractor shall remove damaged roof rafter, columns, and brace rods. E. Contractor shall remove and dispose of all debris and materials in accordance with all applicable state and local laws, ordinances, regulations, and codes. F. Contractor shall install the new column and rafter frame to match the column and rafter that were damaged. Contractor shall set the rafter using a crane and the existing structure shall be shored up accordingly. G. Contractor shall install new purlins and eave struts that were damaged. H. Contractor shall install a new 24-gauge raised seam metal roof system. Roofing finish shall be Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) or Kynar, selected from manufacturer’s available colors. Ridge cap shall be a flat ridge camp with exterior metal closures. I. Contractor shall install a new 26-gauge exposed fastener metal wall panel system. Panel prof ile shall be Purlin Bearing R (PBR) panel. Finish shall be PVDF or Kynar selected from manufacturer’s available colors. J. Contractor shall install new trim and flashing where required for a watertight installation.
