Specifications include, but are not limited to: Valley Water is seeking a contractor to design, develop, plan and conduct five (5) Multi-Agency Emergency Operations Committee exercises for Valley Water’s Emergency Services and Security Unit. The Contractor shall design, develop, plan, conduct each exercise, conduct after action plan meetings, produce improvement plans, provide data analysis and submit all applicable reporting documentation. The Contractor shall provide its own staffing to design, develop, plan and conduct each exercise. The Contractor shall address all requirements within the existing emergency plans, procedures and protocols. Municipal jurisdictions and supporting agencies will be invited to participate in these exercises. The following Emergency Operations Center exercises are required: Functional Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Emergency Action Plan (EAP) Tabletop Exercises and Active Shooter Full Scale Functional Exercises.
