Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Stanislaus (County) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified and experienced organizations for the provision of an Embedded Neighborhood Mental Health Team Innovations Project for the County’s Behavioral Health and Recovery Services department located at 800 Scenic Drive, Modesto, California 95350. This Innovation Project is to be designed and implemented for a defined time period to evaluate and develop new best practices in mental health services and support (9 CCR § 3200.184 and Welfare and Institution Code (WIC) 5830) to: • Introduce a mental health practice or approach that is new to the overall mental health system, including, but not limited to, prevention and early intervention. • Make a change to an existing practice in the mental health field, including but not limited to, application to a different population. • Apply a promising community-driven practice or approach that has been successful in non-mental contexts or settings to the mental health system.
