A. Contractor shall use two (2) employees to perform repairs and/or safety upgrades upon issuance of a routine Service Request. B. Upon issuance of a written Service Request, Contractor shall perform repairs which include but are not limited to the following: 1. Repair and replacement of elevator car enclosures 2. Remove and replace broken or worn-out light diffusers 3. Remove and replace broken or worn-out fixtures and bulbs 4. Test and replace, if necessary, emergency lighting including battery 5. Test and repair, if necessary, the hoist way enclosure 6. Test and repair, if necessary, elevator doors 7. Test and repair, if necessary, smoke and heat detectors with related wiring 8. Test and repair, if necessary, card key or touch panel 9. Inspect, repair, or replace any failing hydraulic jack unit pipes or conduits, whether buried or exposed, due to causes such as corrosion or electrolysis 10.
