Specifications include, but are not limited to: This SOW defines the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) activities of the Software, Applications and Products (SAP) Supply Chain Management (SCM)/Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)/Materials Management (MM) Agreement for the Business Information System (BIS) Project within CDCR. The Contractor shall provide Managed EDI Services (MES). The Contractor shall provide senior expert technical and professional implementation services and training in EDI components to CDCR&rsquos staff. Training and knowledge transfer will extend the functionality and usability of the Department&rsquos Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) 2005 SAP production system. The Contractor shall be the EDI Subject Matter Expert (SME) and shall provide system analysis and a partnership with the EDI Project Manager (EPM) to ensure the successful implementation of an efficient and effective EDI Solution, including SAP system integration and interfaces.
