Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. All services, preventative maintenance, and repairs will be scheduled by the CDE Contract Monitor or designee. B. All monthly inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair services will be performed at the CDE SDC, located at 401 North 3rd Street, Sacramento, California 95811. C. Perform preventative maintenance inspections for equipment listed under Article IV. Equipment/Inventory List every two (2) months; inspections must be completed by the Contractor’s certified technician. 1. The preventative maintenance will be scheduled by the CDE Contract Monitor generally within the first week of every other month, unless otherwise agreed upon. D. The Contractor will provide 24-hour notice via telephone or email to the CDE Contract Monitor prior to arriving to perform routine and non-emergency services. If the window for providing notice falls on a weekend, the Contractor will provide notice on the last business day prior to the scheduled services. E. The Contractor must provide current contact information for both regular business non-emergency services and after-hours emergency services to the CDE Contract Monitor or CDE designee. F. If requested, emergency repair services must be provided 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including all state and federal holidays.
