The successful proposal submittal must demonstrate that the Consultant has the appropriate professional background, technical experience, and access to adequate resources to provide program implementation services for one or both of the following program concepts. SJCE seeks to contract with up to two (2) Consultants to implement the following program concepts. Program Concept 1: Customer Advisor – Transportation Electrification Program Concept 2: Customer Advisor – Home Electrification The program concepts are described at a high level below. A detailed scope of work and budget can be found in Attachment B. Program Concept 1: Customer Advisor – Transportation Electrification SJCE seeks to launch a comprehensive customer-facing transportation electrification advisory service (or, Electric Vehicle (EV) Advisor), including support on EVs, EV charging, managed charging, and e-Mobility, to our residential customers. Program Concept 2: Customer Advisor – Home Electrification, Energy Efficiency, and Resiliency SJCE seeks to launch a comprehensive customer-facing Building Electrification advisory service (or BE Advisor), including support on home electrification, solar and battery storage, residential and multifamily energy efficiency, to our residential customers.
