This service specification covers Line Clearance Tree Trimming and related tree care work for the District's existing and proposed electrical lines, stations, and other facilities. Contractor shall, at its own risk and expense, perform the work specified and furnish labor, supervision, material, tools, equipment, and transportation required therefore. Work to be performed consists of, removing, cutting, trimming, and clearing away of trees, tops, limbs, branches, bushes, vines, foliage, the removal of hazard trees and inspection of legacy tree attachments in proximity to District electrical lines, stations, and property, which, in the opinion of District's Representative, interfere with, or which, by reason of their location or condition may interfere with, or which will not allow sufficient clearance for, safe and proper construction, maintenance, and operation of District's electric lines, stations, or other facilities.
