Specifications include, but are not limited to: Modernization of existing General Classrooms in Buildings 200, 300, 400 and 500. The work consists of replacing doors, ceilings, lights, flooring, toilet room renovations and upgrades to exterior railings, doors, windows, and adjacent site work. Modernization of existing Building 800: The work includes a new Culinary Food Classroom, Art, Graphic Design, Photo Lab, Ceramics, Black Box Theater, and a Dance Studio. Two (2) new connecting aerial walkways and (2) new elevators. Quad Modernization: The work consists of demolishing the existing Quad: New work consists of pavement, platform, site seating and surrounding planter boxes and electrical infrastructure for future power and lighting work. Site improvements including new asphalt and concrete paving, curbs, gutters, Landscaping, Security gates and fencing, Site furnishings, signage, site lighting and underground utilities.
