This Project consists of a new Civic Center for the City of Eastvale, California consisting of a 2-story Public Library, 3-story City Hall and a 2-story Police Station with 1 level of below grade secured parking. The north west of the site will be occupied by a Public Park which includes an Amphitheater. Buildings (Library, City Hall and Police Station) will have an automatic sprinkler system, fire alarm and smoke detection system. An ERRC System is required at the Police Station. The Work includes architectural, structural, site improvements, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical and landscape scope of work as indicated on Drawings. The Project is designed to comply with the U.S. Green Building Council's "Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Rating System" certification level as specified Sustainable Design Requirements - LEED v4 BD+C.
