1. Construction Management: - Assist County with review of contract documents - Schedule and conduct pre-construction conference - Act as County’s primary point of contact with Contractor. - Act as County’s primary point of contact with Orosi Public Utility District. - Coordinate efforts of the County, project engineer, contractor and subcontractors. - Prepare weekly meeting agenda, conduct meeting, and provide meeting minutes. Maintain accurate set of documents. Prepare and process monthly progress payment summary for signature and issuance by the County. - Submit final punch list and project closeout to the contractor. The County and Contractor will attend the punch list walkthrough site meeting. - Provide daily construction review by qualified construction inspector during construction, including daily reports and photos. A total of 550 trips are anticipated to be necessary. - Oversee and coordinate the addition of electrical services - Oversee the proper implementation of the Caltrans encroachment agreements 2. Dust Control Plan: - Oversee the proper implementation of the Contractor's Dust Control Plan 3. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP): - Oversee the proper implementation of the Contractor’s SWPPP. - Review reporting and check for errors and completeness.
