Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary intent and goal of this request for proposal (hereinafter "RFP") is to retain a Consultantthat can successfully collect and analyze data, lead a planning process and convene stakeholders, andproduce comprehensive community plan for young children incorporating the needs and guidelines ofthe planning team and funding organization. The plan for young children from birth through age eightwill encompasses early care and education, social, emotional, behavioral and physical health andfamily supports and align with the Connecticut's Early Childhood Framework, "Ready by 5 & Fine by9". · Conduct all necessary meetings with the planning team and other community stakeholders andreport accordingly after those meetings· Identify data points that will be collected· Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data· Organize data for capacity building
