Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Orange (County) Social Services Agency (SSA) is requesting proposals from experienced forprofit organizations, private nonprofit organizations, public educational institutions, or municipalities with current or prior experience in providing early education services for children. Services will be provided at the Early Childhood Development Center located at the Tustin Family Campus. The Early Childhood Development Center will provide services and programs for children, birth through five (5) years of age, which meet or exceed quality child care program standards. Services will include, but are not limited to, the following: a curriculum tailored to meet the individual needs of each child; ensuring children receive developmental screenings, stabilizing behaviors of at-risk, abused or neglected children; educating parents on nutritious meals and snacks; providing parent orientation on the program; and making referrals to outside agencies and local community organizations to meet the needs of the child and family
