Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 Report to the Center's designated Facility Program Monitor any non-compliant regulatory observations. 3.1.2 Remain in good standing with the CCLD throughout the Work Order term. Failure of the Contractor to remain in good standing with the CCLD may result in the termination of the Work Order in accordance with Master Agreement Paragraph 8.50 – Termination for Default. 3.1.3 Achieve accreditation by NAEYC within two (2) years of assuming operations. Failure of the Contractor to obtain NAEYC accreditation may result in the termination of the Work Order in accordance with Master Agreement Paragraph 8.50 – Termination for Default. 3.1.4 Assess and collect fees from the Parent/Caregiver. 3.1.5 Keep financial records in accordance with accepted accounting practices. 3.1.6 Actively recruit new enrollees, as needed, in accordance with the guidelines established by the County.
