Minimum Mandatory Requirements: 1. Bidder must show a history of providing STRmixTM training and scientific support services to users of STRmixTM. a. Bidder must employ at least one scientist with at least 6 years of experience using and interpreting STRmixTM data as demonstrated through employee’s resume. b. Bidder must employ at least one scientist with a PhD in statistics or related field for statistical interpretation of STRmixTM data and its validity for the project as demonstrated through employee’s resume. 2. Bidder must provide, with their online submission/response to the solicitation, their certification of accreditation to ISO 9001:2015 requirements for STRmixTM data analysis. 3. Bidder must have short narratives to demonstrate technical familiarity with the various components used by LASD to generate the results, which include: Promega Fusion F6 Amplification kit, Genemapper ID-X v 1.4 for DNA interpretation, and the 3500 genetic analyzer. 4. Budget must not exceed $30,000; Deliverables: The awarded vendor or contractor shall provide/submit Quality Assessment Findings, a confidential third-party review (report) of Sheriff’s Department data and subsequent reporting relative or related to the performance of Fusion 6C Lot 605539.
