The project scope includes brick cleaning and repair, repair of wooden window bays and wood turret, protection of existing doors, replacement of vents on window plywood panels on west facade and installation of new gutters and downspouts around the entire building to match existing. The scope of work identified in Attachment 1 includes the following: I. Brick • Cleaning brick on the San Jose and Geneva Ave facades • Removal of graffiti, improper paint coatings and biological growth from existing brick • Selective replacement/patching of existing brick and pointing/repointing of masonry II. Gutters and Downspouts • Installation of new gutters and downspouts around the entire building to match existing III. Wood • In kind repair of four bay windows along San Jose Ave façade, and wood turret on Geneva Ave façade
