1. Replace and cleanout failed sewer lines at between Louis Sutter Roundhouse restroom and manhole on University St. 2. Cleanout sewer blockages and replace sewer line breaks based on attached report and camera views (Attachment 2; Figure 1). 3. Removal and replacement of damaged sewer pipe along slope between cleanout #1 and cleanout #2 shown on Attachment 2. 4. Removal and replacement of ~80LF of existing sewer pipe from approximately cleanout #1 to cleanout #2 as shown on Attachment 2. 5. Removal and replacement of ~240LF of existing sewer pipe from approximately above cleanout #3 to main sewer manhole on University St as shown on Attachment 2. 6. Replacement pipe to be clay pipe or cast iron to match existing sewer condition. 7. Contractor is responsible to return park surface amenities to original condition upon completion of underground sewer repairs and line replacement. Damage to baseball field turf, concrete pathway, handrails, etc. shall be replaced in-kind. 8. Contractor is responsible for off-haul of any spoils, old pipe, and any other material removed.
