Specifications include, but are not limited to: MOHCD is pleased to announce its request for a qualified consulting firm to assist with data analysis for its five-year strategic planning process. MOHCD currently has a contract with Learning for Action, Inc. (LFA) for work on MOHCD’s strategic planning process, including the development of a community engagement strategy, data analysis, and the development of the Consolidated Plan, which is MOHCD’s plan that identifies affordable housing and community development needs and strategies. Through this Solicitation, we are seeking bids for additional data analysis work. Scope of Work: The qualified consulting firm will work closely with MOHCD staff to achieve the following scope of work elements: • Analyze information gathered from the community engagement activities. • Review findings with MOHCD staff and other consultants working on the strategic planning process. • Draft a needs analysis report based on findings from the community engagement process, secondary data analysis, and information and data from other City departments related to needs. • Facilitate review and revisions process with MOHCD staff, resulting in a final needs analysis report.
