D&H Construction is inviting you to provide budgets to perform the work shown in the following documents: "629 Post Street Housing" drawings identified as "Permit Set" prepared by SSDP Architects dated 5/15/2025; "629 Post Street, San Francisco, CA, PROJECT MANUAL” identified as “80% Construction Documents” prepared by Saida + Sullivan Design Partners dated 7/10/2025. The project involves voluntary seismic retrofit upgrades at the existing building. The building is 6 story masonry exteriors with structural steel beams / columns, wood framed interior floors in walls. There are 62 existing residential units, 20 of these with will be modernized to be HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing. Existing basement to be converted in support service offices with food services and dining areas. There is 1 commercial tenant and 2 residential tenants that will remain in the building while the work occurs. OWNER: Swords and Plowshares
