The contractor to provide all the required documentation and necessary coordination with all Authorities Having Jurisdiction (Including PG&E), to complete an electrical service upgrade to 1,200 A. Contractor to include temporary power application and installation as necessary. The scope of work includes but us not limited to: o Provide load calculations (Include elevator 3-phase service) o Provide (E) and (N) Single Line Diagram o Provide Switchgear specifications and drawings o Indicate measurements and required clearances for the (N) Switchgear elevation. o Indicate measurements and required clearances for the (N) Switchgear plan on (N) meter room on Ground Floor (Please see the provided floor plan). o Install the estimated (N) 1,200A underground service. o Provide alternate for trenching, shoring, and bonds for sidewalk excavation up to the (E) sidewalk transformer. o Provide alternate for (N) transformer in sidewalk vault. o Utilities and permit fees to be reimbursed to Contractor.
