Specifications include, but are not limited to: The San Francisco Office of Early Care and Education (OECE), in partnership with the San Francisco Human Services Agency (HSA), announces its intent to seek proposals from nonprofit organizations or individuals interested in provision of Early Care & Education (ECE) Case Management Services for Homeless Families. Additionally, complimentary funds are available to support homeless families already enrolled in childcare with intensive case management and additional support. These two complimentary services work collaboratively to provide a seamless continuum of intensive support to homeless families with children aged 0-5. The case management services will support homeless families in accessing and maintaining high quality, early care and education services for their children birth until kindergarten.
