Specifications include, but are not limited to: The San Francisco Department of Public Health, HIV Health Services is conducting a solicitation for HIV Outpatient Ambulatory Health and Support Services to find the best qualified vendor to provide quality HIV care and support services to low-income eligible clients in San Francisco, living with HIV who are uninsured or under-insured. The services in this solicitation include medical case management, treatment adherence services, evaluation for mental health services, and primary medical care (outpatient ambulatory health services) located within a hospital, primary care clinic or other medical care environment located in San Francisco’s Western Addition or Haight neighborhoods.
