Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this RFP is to provide planning and At-The-Elbow support for the City’s Behavioral Health Services division and the City’s 1,750 end users during the transition to Epic. : At Go-Live, the City anticipates the need for up to 250 At-The-Elbow support staff resources for the first two weeks, followed by a step down to 75 At-The-Elbow support staff resources in weeks three and four. Support after the initial four weeks of Go-Live will be requested by the City on an as-needed basis. All At-The-Elbow support service locations are in San Francisco Bay Area, with the vast majority in the City and County of San Francisco. The primary scope of Epic applications that will tentatively Go-Live on April 3, 2024, include but are not limited to the following: a) EpicCare Ambulatory, including the Epic Behavioral Health specialty module b) Patient Access, including Cadence, Prelude, and Welcome modules c) EpicCare Inpatient module d) Epic Professional Billing and Claims module e) Healthy Planet and Campaigns module f) Grand Central module, for bed management at residential facilities
