Both Locations must provide each of the following: • A quiet room to nap, relax, or work and each room shall feature a television and/or music for private and personal entertainment • Shower facilities • Mobile reservation, check-in, and check-out capability • On-site staffing at all times • Flight information in an easily accessible manner via mobile technology and notify passengers of boarding time requirement Optional Both Locations: Tenant may sell the following retail items; however, the display and merchandising of such items shall be limited to no more than six linear feet within the Premises of each sleep concept location. • Non-alcoholic beverages, water, snacks, and pre-packaged food items such as sandwiches, salads, baked goods, and fruits. • Drugs & sundries items, personal care items, and over-the-counter medications, such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen, and sleep aids. • Sleep enhancement products, such as travel pillows, blankets, slippers, and sleep masks. • Electronic items such as headphones, earbuds, and chargers
