1. Field Specifications: A clean flat space measuring approximately 100 feet by 70 feet is preferred. a. If the proposed location cannot accommodate these exact dimensions, alternative sizes may be considered. Proposals should aim to provide the largest possible space that closely aligns with the desired footprint. b. A green indoor/outdoor carpet, or equivalent, to fit the desired footprint. c. Two (2) Handball goals to be installed for the Arts Program. d. Two (2) benches 6 feet in length. e. Defined Perimeter: Temporary field barriers to surround the footprint only during the Arts Program. 2. DJ Requirements: One (1) raised platform, One (1) 6 foot table, and One (1) monitor for DJ (PS8 or equivalent) for a DJ to perform during the Arts Program. 3. Judges Requirements: One (1) raised platform and four (4) chairs for a panel of people to sit directly adjacent to the field. 4. Sound: Speakers at each corner of the footprint, adequate to project music and announcements during the Arts Program. 5. Lighting: Lighting of the Field for evening performances TBD, include as an option. 6. Microphones: Wireless microphones for announcements during the Arts Program. Headset and integrated microphone and body worn transceiver (equivalent to a referee communication headset), to be used during the Arts Program. Total number of mics required is TBD. 7. Event Staff: One (1) Sound Technician/Stage Manager to be on site during the Arts Program. 8. Shade: Consider shade options for the Field, DJ, and Judges.
