Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS) operates a wide array of services for Medi-Cal and uninsured patients, including community programs that provide integrated housing, medical, and behavioral health services to people experiencing homelessness and justice-involved individuals. Under a new statewide initiative called CalAIM, DHS has the opportunity to contract with Medi-Cal Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) to receive reimbursement for some of these services. The Contractor shall provide Evaluation Services to assess DHS' cost structure and financial performance for CalAIM contracted services in comparison to competitors in the markets as well as in comparison to the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) assumptions about expected costs. These assessments shall include services operated or arranged for by DHS' Housing for Health (HFH) program, and may at the DHS' discretion, also include the Office of Diversion and Reentry (ODR) housing services.
