Specifications include, but are not limited to: Nevada County is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software and/or System Integrator services associated with implementation of the ERP software. There are two parts of the RFP - proposals will be accepted for one or both areas: ERP Software - The County is in search of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software that will meet the Business Requirements outlined in this RFP invitation. System Integrator - The County seeks a qualified System Integrator (SI) with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to plan, coordinate, schedule, test, implement and support the ERP software discussed above. Combined Proposals including both the SI and ERP software license will also be accepted where the SI is an approved reseller or distributor of ERP Software. There may be scenarios where Software providers submit proposals independent of a Combined SI Proposal, and there is no guarantee that Nevada County will select either the SI or the ERP software regardless of combination. This RFP Selection Process will result in the award of one contract for ERP software licensing and one contract for a Systems Integrator (SI) or one combined solution of ERP & SI. ERP licensing may be submitted under a separate contract with contract terms exclusive to the license.
