Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Propose and successfully implement new, modern, integrated and fully operational SaaS based ERP and EAM solutions that meet LBT’s needs and requirements as defined in the RFP, and can evolve and grow as LBT’s business needs change. • Modernize the current LBT’s business processes to incorporate best practices and improve the degree of efficiency and business process automation at all levels; including data accuracy, reliability, and availability of information to manage, analyze, and report on performance. • Implement a world-class SaaS deployed application platform that is sound, flexible, secure, and expandable to host both ERP and EAM software(s) with full integration to LBT’s other operational software. Incorporate industry best practices/technical standards for all integration needs. • Implement strong Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), IT Service management (ITSM) standards, and mobile solutions that maximize IT operational productivity and cost efficiencies. Incorporate robust Cyber Security practices, along with a secondary data center in a geographically separate region (within the US) for disaster recovery and business continuity. • Implement a comprehensive organizational change management program that successfully transitions employees to the new ERP/EAM solution(s) and associated business changes. Train staff with all necessary skills and knowledge to increase acceptance and adoption of new systems. • Satisfy all project requirements and business needs as defined in the RFP. • Establish an Enterprise-wide approach to improve electronic workflow and business efficiency.
