The selected firm shall provide Environmental Services in relation to the use of California Vegetation Treatment Program (CalVTP) Environmental Impact Report and its Project specific Analysis (PSA). Environmental compliance for the project will rely heavily on the California Board of Forestry and Fire Protection’s California Vegetation Treatment Program (CalVTP) Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and its Project-specific Analysis (PSA) process which provides CEQA streamlining along with linkages to other regulatory streamlining processes, such as California Coastal Act compliance, State Water Resources Control Board General Permit for CalVTP treatments, and coordination with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) and the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) to facilitate compliance with the California and federal endangered species acts, respectively
