The requested services include planning; conceptual, preliminary, and final design; construction support; and other related services for new facilities and rehabilitation of existing facilities relating to the following four categories: • Category 1 – Water Treatment Facilities • Category 2 - Water Conveyance, Storage, and Distribution Facilities • Category 3 – Large Rotating Equipment Services • Category 4 – Power Distribution Facilities 6. Services provided will include planning, investigations, technical analysis, technical reviews, cost estimation, engineering support during bid advertisement and construction, and other project support tasks. 7. Metropolitan is exploring the potential of utilizing “alternative project delivery methods” in an effort to expedite various programs or projects.
