This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 that includes the following Deviation(s): (1) This solicitation uses and requires completion of the SF 1449 for offeror responsive determination. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. All contractors interested in responding to this solicitation must have an Active Registration in SAM.gov with a current UEI number at the time of offer/quote submittal.

(3) Project Title/Subject. ENF Placerville Nursery CON-FY26 Wax Box (Supply) Purchase
(4) Description. The United States Forest Service (USFS) Eldorado National Forest (ENF) - Placerville Nursery FY26 Wax Boxes order is a supply purchase of 10,000 waxed fiberboard boxes used to box and safely transport conifer seedlings from the Placerville Nursery to multiple locations across the state of California, Nevada, and Idaho in support of reforestation efforts.

(6) Product or Service Code (PSC). 8115, Boxes, Cartons and Crates
(7) Delivery Location. The boxes shall be delivered to the Placerville Nursery located at 2375 Fruitridge Road, Camino, CA 95709 in Eldorado County.
(8) Solicitation Number. 127EAS26Q0010 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
(9) Line-Item Number. 3-line items are anticipated. See the schedule of items in attachments.
(10) Set-aside Status. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
(11) Closing Response Date. 01/29/2026 no later than 1500 PT. Offer submissions must include the solicitation number in the subject of the email(s) and contractor’s name. (e.g. Offer, 127EAS25Q0001, ABC Company). The interested Contractor is responsible for verifying receipt of proposal by the Contracting Officer.
