The selected vendor shall provide a turnkey solution including, but not limited to: 1. Design & Planning - Develop a comprehensive design plan that incorporates modular, reconfigurable layouts for training, briefings, and education. - Provide 3D renderings or visual layouts for review and approval. - Ensure compliance with applicable ADA, seismic, fire, and building codes. 2. Construction & Remodel - Perform structural modifications to optimize collaboration. - Install flooring, finishes, lighting, and acoustic treatments. - Upgrade electrical and low-voltage infrastructure. 3. Technology Integration - Install AV and communications integrated with RTIC dashboard. - Provide video walls, secure network capability, and conferencing systems. - Ensure redundancy for critical systems. 4. Furniture & Ergonomics - Supply mission-critical consoles and ergonomic seating. - Provide flexible meeting furniture. - Incorporate storage solutions. 5. Training & Documentation - Provide system training, as-builts, manuals, and warranty docs. 6. Compliance - All work must comply with California Opioid Settlement allowable uses, HIAA, and City procurement rules.
