Specifications include, but are not limited to: The delivery of Emergency Generator Rental Services for 2023 (FY23) (Base Year), beginning on July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, and three (3) priced options for fiscal years (FY24-26): FY24 (Option 1) begins July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024; FY25 (Option 2) begins July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; FY26 (Option 3) begins July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026; to be exercised at the District's sole discretion. The Contra Costa Water District (CCWD) is anticipating the rental of two (2) 300kW and three (3) 60kw generators for Public Safety Power Shutoffs. The Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) Generator Rentals are to be utilized through the District’s Operations and Maintenance department. Generators will be rented on-site throughout the designated PSPS timeframe estimated to be late May to late October. The generator rentals are to be delivered on-site to a designated CCWD treated water facility located in Contra Costa County: Martinez, Clayton, Concord, Walnut Creek, and Pleasant Hill.
